When a new owner bought the building , everything changed. They increased prices, drove elderly out who could not afford such huge price increases. . Also, there was a lot of smoking and after hour noise in the building and they did nothing about it. They were horrible. When I moved out they sent some of my deposit ( about half) even though it was cleaner than when I moved in. They never itemized or gave any explanation for the money they kept. Horrible management. Bad experience.
